I came to visit this facility for my mom that needed rehab, first impression was and is everything for me. I was not impressed at all. I came in had to wait for over 45 minutes to have someone give me a tour of the facility. when she did, she only should be part of the facility. Down the hall i saw some resident that were not in gowns roaming around asking for help while nurse was on her phone. I know sometimes the use it to contact the nurse but, the patient kept on about needing help. That was enough for me. Will be continuing to look for placemen for my mother.

I broke three bones in my left ankle and Ive been having physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy for over six weeks. The PT technicians here at The Woodlands Rehabilitation Center were always a joy to work with. The exercises they had me doing targeted my left ankle focusing on building strength and balance. I recommend the technicians here at the physical therapy department.

My Mother is a temporary Resident/Patient. I visited her today. I check every area of her room (and body) with each visit. Today I observed actual feces on her shower floor. This is absolutely unsanitary, unhealthy, and disgusting. My initial report fell on deaf ears. I was told someone would come and no one did. The second time I reported it, I had to be a slightly aggressive in order for action to take place immediately. Not happy with some of the lackluster personalities, but Im extremely pleased with the Physical Therapy Department. Their reputations speak for themselves!

I had my loved one here for over a year. He went in talking, eating and drinking but by the time I got him out he could do none of those things. He had to have a peg tube. All caused because the nurse let him seize over two hours before he was taken to hospital. He arrived there with 107.8 temperature and elevated heart rate. He was immediately put in ICU for three weeks. So much of his belongings were stolen. This happened during the COVD craziness. Families kept out. Clients didnt get bathed for months and neglected. Its disheartening to see some staff mistreat human beings without any conscience.
