As a first time home buyer, I was completely out of my element. Having met Cory through a common acquaintance, I immediately felt at ease with the whole process and asked him to take the reins and lead the way and do what he thought to be in my best interest. He did just that and fully explained the pros and cons of each scenario and hand held me to the finish line. If you're buying a home in China, N. Korea or Russia, I would Not Recommend Cory. However, if you're a first time home buyer, like I Was or if this is not your first Rodeo- I highly recommend Cory and his team to make the process as smooth and easy as possible, getting you across the finish line with peace of mind. BTW, he also gives pretty good house warming gifts! LOL. Thank you Cory for all your hard work. You promised me in the beginning to get me to the promised land, and you delivered!
