        Took weeks for my apple watch parts to arrive, which is not fault of the repair techs. What is their fault is mangling my watchs aluminum body near side button to open it for battery replacement. Also had new scratches on the screen. Empathy and compensation for my complaints were non existent. Hey atleast you got a new battery, thanks for your money now beat it was the tone of the techs response. Im sure their actions werent malice or intentional but I didnt feel my complaint to the techs during pickup were properly addressed. I shouldve just bought a new gen watch from my cellular provider!
