Walter is top notch. As a first time home buyer, my wife and I must have visited 25-30 homes during our home search. As I look back, we had 101 questions about multiple homes and locations throughout the Houston area. There were times when I wanted to give up. Walter kept us motivated and wouldnt let us quit. He has the patience of a saint. From our initial meeting to the day of closing, Walter was there. Walter was very accommodating and flexible to our work schedules. Whether it was a phone call or text at 11pm, Or, me emailing him at 4am. Walter always stayed in communication with my wife and I. What I loved about our experience with Walter, he didnt pressure us into making a decision. We had one major disappointment(at NO fault of Walter) with a home we fell in love with. Walter reassured us, that house wasnt meant for us and our forever home was still out there. Finally, we found it. Walter is a man of his word.
