Extremely rude woman. She can not read or follow basic instructions. She started calling me to see a property, with a condescending tone no less, as if I owed her anything. The listing clearly stated to contact the landlord by phone, not any other way. She calls and tells me she tried to schedule elsewhere to mo avail. Well, dah! Reading and comprehension 101. When advised she should have given us a call at the beginning, she told me "I won't show it, bye".... not that anyone needed her attitude here, yaiks! Yet, she calls back 5 minutes later and tries to schedule :D :D :D Good Lord! Nope! Fail. I told her we won't show to rude realtors. Good riddance! An hr passes by... guess what? The witch is back at it! Calling my phone. We just laughed hard at her stupidity. She thought we won't recognize her. Needed to show our property desperately, more than we want to tolerate her and her rudeness. Dude! Stop acting a maniac calling me, there is nothing to be had here. Not interested.

Rob was an excellent realtor. She listed our home and we received an offer within one week. Within a month the property was sold. She also helped us find our current beautiful home. She was extremely attentive, professional, and paid keen attention to detail. I can't say enough good things about her. We worked with several realtors in the past and hands down Robin is at the top of that list, she's the only realtor we'll use moving forward.

I would recommend Robin to anyone selling their home. I had a buyer within approximately 10 days. He had a VA loan and Robin was phenomenal working through all the paperwork with the buyers realtor. She is dedicated and professional. I moved out of state and she would go by to make sure the pool was clean and all was good with my home. Thats dedication to her clients. A HUGE thank to her for caring.
