Absolutely love coming here. I always feel great just being in the store, and Brenda and Randy have always been so nice and welcoming. They have answered any questions I've had and help me find what I'm looking for. This is definitely one of my favorite places to visit and I always find something to take home with me. Great crystal and jewelry selection along with lots of other unique items. I also love their room sprays. I have enjoyed joining the crystal bowl sound baths and always come out feeling like I took the best nap ever, completely relaxed and renewed. I have also found that it gets easier to meditate each time I go. Highly recommend for some spiritual rejuvenation!

If youve considered joining a yoga class at Zen, go for it. I thought about it for a while before finally going one Saturday about four months ago. Ive gone every Saturday since then. The top five things that keep me going back every week are:
- a strong sense of community
- Brendas intuitive and nurturing teaching style
- instruction for all ability levels
- greatly improved range of motion
- quality time with my daughter
Practicing yoga at Zen has not only been a great act of self-care, but a big highlight of 2023. Highly, highly recommend!!
