Adrian gave me a great rate for more than I had on my previous insurance. He told me it would gradually go up.But there is ways to save. My insurance did go up but still less than what I was paying before. I am satisfied with it. I am a very safe driver and always been. There is so many right now that are not safe. The roads are a war zone right now so I understand a slight increase. It's probably for everyone.

I've been with Allstate for about 5 or 6 years now and I've always loved Allstate, but here recently my insurance policy went up and the reason why it went up because of my ZIP code change. Now when I was living in magnolia my truck was on the outside in a parking lot now I live in a home with a garage where my car is always on the inside and my insurance went up to me that's crazy and it's unfair. I haven't had any accidents none of that my driving record has been flawless but yet my insurance went up because of my zip code so unfair.

Kathy has been so awesome in helping us with any claims we've had come up! She is very responsive and knowledgeable when we have any questions about our policy. Every time we're up for renewal on our policies, she is always trying to save us money! I would recommend her and the firm she is with to anyone!
