Acrisure Spring, TX (Insurance & Financial Services at Champions LLC)

Pulled a bait and switch on me. Sold me auto insurance quoted over the phone for 12 months. Once provided documents to sign I noticed the policy was for 6 months, yet was being charged the verbally agreed to 12-month amount over the phone. I did not sign the electronic documents and inquired about the discrepancy in duration. Was told it was a computer software mistake. I asked for a full and complete refund less than 24 hours later once it was clear that the quote was incorrect and they couldn't come close to matching it. I am currently being told that I will be charged a pro-rated amount and probably some additional flat fees due to there mistake! Unacceptable and unprofessional! ***Update on 2/9/22*** The above happened on 1/20/22. I have still not received a refund of any proportion from Nationwide or IFSC despite 5 email attempts and numerous phone conversations with IFSC whom basically view this whole situation as Nationwides fault, so they just kick the can down the road.

I've been with Larry Jones since 1995. It's a pleasure doing business with this office. They've always treated me with the utmost respect and always make me feel like a valued customer. Every agent I've had over the years, has been professional & very helpful. My current agent, Pam L. however, is a phenomenal agent!!! She's such a pleasant, wonderful & caring human. She doesn't have to go that extra mile, but she does. I thought I was at a dead end with this Texas snow storm, topped with a hail storm...but she performed miracles, & got me set up, & back on track with a great repair team. I'm thankful to have a honest & caring insurance agent. Customer for life here!

Excellent customer service provided by Christina. She worked hard to find me the best deal. I had shopped around a lot by myself, but could not find a better than hers. They care for you and treat you like family.
