I switched from Liberty Mutual on my home and auto bundle and saved $322. More importantly, the level of customer service I received from Falen was so superlative the word outstanding falls dreadfully short of my actual experience. In a world where genuine is sorely lacking, Falen treated me with respect and courtesy as was patient and kind. She explained all my options, and was very personable, instead of the usual automaton that you encounter in these time. I can give no better recommendation!!!

My call into State Farm started with just the need for an address change. I ended up moving my homeowner's insurance over after conversations with their team member, Falen. She was beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their homeowner's insurance and what needed to be included. I would certainly advise anyone looking for any type of insurance whether it be auto, home, etc. please give her a call and let her help!

Both Falon and Vit were very helpful in reducing my mothers home insurance bill. They are friendly, professional, and quick with communication. Highly recommend.

You purchase insurance and pay your premiums to feel like you are protected against the unexpected. This security is mostly perception until something actually happens that puts the coverage you have to test. This happened to me recently when the catalytic converters on my vehicle were stolen. My perception of my coverage turned out be a bit different than the reality. I had the expectation that I could get my relatively new vehicle (less than 14000 miles) repaired at the Toyota dealership using OEM parts that would leave my manufacturer's warranty intact. Unfortunately, I did not fully understand my actual coverage that stipulates that State Farm can choose to pay only for non-OEM parts which they elected to do in my case. The difference in cost between OEM and non-OEM amounted to several thousand dollars which would come out of my pocket if I insisted on OEM parts. This led to a protracted and frustrating back and forth with State Farm claims that left me feeling a bit frustrated and betrayed. At this point, I reached out to my local State Farm agent Chris Alba and his office. He and the people in his office were amazing. They seemed to truly care about me as an individual and my concerns and took a vested interest in making sure that I had a satisfactory outcome. They monitored the status of my claim and followed up with me with genuine interest. For the first time in this claim experience, I felt like I had the advertised "good neighbor" on my side. I am convinced these people made all the difference in the eventual positive outcome. They certainly changed my perception of the whole experience. A big part of my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my personal claim experience was due to my own lack of understanding of the "fine print" of my coverage. The "business side" of the claims process felt a bit cold and impersonal and even seemed adversarial as a result of having expectations that were not completely aligned with my actual coverage. Bottom line is that your local agent makes all the difference in navigating the impersonal side of the insurance business. I highly recommend Chris Alba and his team and will stay with State Farm due to my positive experience and personal relationship that I have developed with them.
