        Will start shopping around soon. Have been with Progressive for over 10 years. At this point we are emerald/platinum customers and are still being asked to pay our deductible on a claim that was not our fault. We never file claims and the one time we need to there are problems. There is no company to customer loyalty anymore its in yiur best interest to explore your options at least annually.
