Connor Reames - State Farm Insurance Agent

Was great at first but as soon as I changed banks everything went downhill. It was my fault for not noticing that I hadn't changed the automatic payment to the new account, but when I did notice I reached out to Connor to make backpayments and reinstate the account. He accepted 1 payment and then went no contact for weeks at a time. Account was never reinstated and I called until I got someone on the line who said I owed more but wouldn't take my payment. They strung me along for 2 months like this before telling me State Farm was cutting me off and refunding my last payment. Now my premium quotes are through the roof because it's more than 30 days since my plan expired!

Connor's office was great in the beginning, they helped me find a great plan that fits me and my needs very well, and they were available when I called to talk about certain things. However, when I got a new debit card it went downhill from there. I talked with Connor after changing my info when my account went into cancelation, he was calling about putting it back on auto and I told him my card changed and the lady I changed it with. I guess he talked with her and he said he would get it fixed and back on auto payments. But it was never changed in their system. I've texted, and emailed multiple times and they never answer their phone calls anymore. I'm switching to a new agent, one closer to me, and will hopefully conversate with me.

Tonja Bentley has gone above and beyond helping when there were issues and claims to be dealt with for our family. She has told us what needed to be done And helped us get what needed to be done done. She has quick response when there is an issue.
