FIRE ALARMS - Would not recommend. Fire alarms constantly going off, when asked management about this response is that is our system doing its job and to them its not an issue to be resolved. Do not live here unless you want to hear fire alarms on a daily basis!!! Update - alarms have gone off 10 time in the past 2 weeks at all hours of day/night for extended period of times with no sign of being resolved or compensated and management still is not recognizing this is an issue.

This place has a serious false fire alarm issue that they need to fix immediately. It goes off when there's not a fire and it's crushing loud. One day there will be a fire and everyone will ignore it. If some existing residents are causing this (as was mentioned by Management), then penalize them because it's destroying the living experience of the other tenants. There was also an email about the system went off due to some water problem that the alarm company had to fix. Please do not respond to my feedback with some vanilla "Thanks for your feedback". Don't disrespect my feedback with a patronizing response. Do something to fix this now. Update: 5/23/2022. They fixed the problem several months ago. Update they are still having problems. Water pipes burst during the Dec 2022 freeze and low water pressure made alarms go off for several days. Why can't they winterize their pipes? And now, on Jan 1, 2023, the alarms are going off...again?! What is the deal?!

When I got to my car this morning, saw that all my 4 tires have been stolen during the night. The car is only 2 months old. As per other reviews this was not the first time and it wont be the last as nothing is being done. When I communicated to management, they didnt seem surprised or concerned at all. nothing was said or done, which is so disappointing. Why not significantly enhance security immediately if this keeps happening?! If you care about your vehicle security, dont move here. **Edit Dec 15th, 2022: Like I said above, I did reach out to management at the moment I saw what happened and was told to call the police, thats all. I have asked what are the measurements been taken to mitigate the issue and was told camera will be changed, gate will be replaced and a courtesy officer was to be hired, but I dont know if any of this has happened yet.
