Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spring - Woodlands Area, an IHG Hotel

I am absolutely pleased with this hotel! Its right down the street from my son, check-in was fast and seamless, the guy at the counter was very nice friendly and personable, the rooms were nice and clean, it was quiet, no problem parking, it sits directly behind the coffee shop, and its a short drive or walk to food places! All of my favorite things in one place!!!! We will definitely be back here every time we come to town!!! Oh and I love that they let the club members spin the wheelnice touch!

The only thing that I can say is be careful in the tub. Slippery. There's no traction in the tub. Otherwise good quality hotel.

Location: Perfect, right off the highway. Not far from the Woodlands. Its about 19-22 minutes away up 45. Not much to see around the hotel but there are close places like Kroger, Smootie King, Dutch Bros and even Wingstop! This is all walking distance if you want to get out and get some steps! Service: the room was cleaned once, which is normal The room: we got a mini suite! It is cute. A King size bed and a nice lounge chair. The bed is pretty comfortable. Price: now listen the room for two nights wasnt super expensive but we went from $274 to $368 bc of taxes and a booking fee. We questioned the front desk lady when we first got in. She handled the questions very well. She was very professional about the truth lol. We just wanted to know why the taxes were $80 bucks. And why did we call a 1800 # only for the company to pretend they were The Holiday End lol, smh. The environment here is nice and quiet. Kid friendly. Respectful guests. There is parking in front of the hotel. There is always breakfast, that was ok. No complaints about free breakfast!!! We came March 1-3rd, 2024. The reason we picked this hotel is bc we didnt have to worry about anyone stealing or breaking into our car. Like some of the hotels in this same area. That is why we were ok paying a bit more!!
