Kellye is a wealth of knowledge. She is gentle and kind. She is extremely thorough and asks so many questions to make sure she has a well rounded picture of your needs before moving any further. She helped with my older infant who was breastfeeding well but having some tongue posture issues. She is a wonderful resource to our community and you would be hard pressed to find a better IBCLC!

Kellye quit literally saved my breastfeeding journey. With my first child I struggled to nurse and didnt know about resources like Kellye. We stopped at 4 months. With my second I was determined to try again and Kellye gave me all the tips and tricks and support when she did her in home visits. We made it 14 months! I cant thank her enough for helping me, letting me cry, and answering all my questions no matter how busy she was. Thank you thank you thank you Kellye!

I highly recommend Kellye Skaer for her exceptional expertise and compassionate guidance. The first time I sought her help was after battling mastitis five times, and she provided me with the right protocol that effectively resolved my issues. Her insight and support were invaluable during this challenging time. Later, when I decided it was time to wean my son after 12 months of nursing, I turned to her once again. She provided me with an insightful plan for a gentle weaning process, making the transition beautiful and smooth. Kellye was a gem to help with my daughter. My daughter loved nursing but wasn't good. We delayed her tongue tie releases as long as possible but ultimately she needed them. Sweet Kellye did her wound care checks and stretches and helped me get my girl to nursing like a champ.

Kellye is amazing. Im so glad that we decided to do a prenatal visit with her to establish care. She helped me be better prepared going into having our son and navigating early challenges with nursing and bottle feeding. When my son was 6 months old, I got really sick and was diagnosed with mastitis. I texted Kellye to see if she could see me that day last minute to help me with the clogged ducts. She fit me in at the end of her day and after seeing me, she recommended I go to the ER. I was diagnosed with sepsis and was hospitalized for three days on IV antibiotics. Kellye helped me advocate for myself in the hospital. Kellye listed to me when other providers kept telling me it just hurts because its mastitis. Itll get better. Kellye saw me as an individual person and truly may have saved my life by helping me get to emergent care. I loved kellye before this event happened and I am even more grateful now for her! She is amazing. Investing her as part of your team is worth it!
