I feel lucky to have found Dan. He is a highly responsive, reliable professional with outstanding customer service skills and follow-through. He paid a visit to assess the job the same day I called; he offered guidance on parts - what to buy/avoid, thoroughly explained the repair process and provided a fair estimate by the evening. Scheduling was a breeze - you talk to him directly and not some operator. He does not keep you waiting and wondering and communicates very promptly by text and email. I am happy with the quality of his workmanship. I will most certainly recommend him to anyone and use him for future jobs.

Dan came out quickly. He is very friendly, he was able to do exactly what I needed to have done that the Lowes delivery people didn't do. I was so happy, I've asked him about a 2nd job that is more extensive that we really need to have done. Thank you Dan for the work you did today.

Dan was professional from start to finish! I had a ceiling fan installed and there were several complications and yet he never gave up. He found a solution and now I have a beautiful new remote fan! I would also like to add that after calling several other companies for estimates, no one came close to the bid I was given by him. He is a fair, professional and experienced individual. Dan is the man! I was going to replace a broken garbage disposal but the connections on the old one and the new one were completely different. So before turning my kitchen into a water park, we called Dan. He got the job done and for a good price. And Dan is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet I almost wanted to call him Uncle Dan. I now have his business card taped inside my cabinet. Two thumbs up. Five stars. Dan, you are awesome! December: 2023 Dan saved the day once again. This is the latest review from a return customer. I had a leaky toilet. I figured it was the wax ring so I cut off the water and removed the toilet. I put on the new wax ring and tried to put it all together but then the screws fell apart. At this point I thought I had a bad flange and was at a loss. I gave Dan a call and he determined the flange was still good, got those screws right, and also introduced me to the magic of the Better Than Wax toilet seal. And Dan is a true artist with a caulking gun. It looks better than it did before. No more leaks and my floor remains as dry as a two dollar steak. Thanks again Dan!
