I live 3.5 hours away and will travel 7 hours round trip to continue having Johnny and his shop employees work on my truck. Excellent customer service, as they go above and beyond for their customers, with impressive and quality work. The team of employees is very knowledgeable, I've personally witnessed them working hard to accompany the needs and wants for their customers while at the shop and always willing to take the time to answer questions you may have, without making you feel like you're an inconvenience. The shop is clean and welcoming, with offerings of many options in additions to your vehicle that you wont be disappointed with the quality of work. My wrap on my truck is absolutely beautiful, flawless and nothing but compliments on the quality of work his shop has done everywhere I go.

We recently purchased 2 brand new company vehicles and took them straight to Wrap Stars to have the exteriors wrapped. Within a day of picking up the cars, one of our employees was pulled over for having no break lights. We immediately took the vehicle to the dealership to have the problem repaired and were told that the break lights had been disconnected during the wrap installation. The invoice from the dealership was sent to Wrap Stars for reimbursement. It took over 2 weeks of communicating to be told that, in the end, Wrap Stars would not reimburse us for the repair, and would give us credit for future work. The repair amount was very minor (less than $200) considering the amount of $ spent to wrap the cars. We have utilized this company's services several times in the past, both business and personal. Being a business owner myself, we pride ourselves in trying to do right by our customers and make sure they are completely satisfied in the end. It is unfortunate that this business does not abide by the same ethics. The owner himself would not even get involved in the conversation via text or take the time to make a phone call to discuss the situation and try to make it right. Needless to say, we will not continue to do business with Wrap Stars.

Everyone there is absolutely top notch and fantastic to work with. They got me some business cards all fixed up and have been great with everything. Best wrap shop in the game and are great with everything else. Incredible designs and people working here. Couldnt ask for a better place! Would highly recommend for everyone weather it be for a business or personal matter! They can get you fixed up!

they did great work for me, they took the time too make it right and even changed something that didn't work for me, the owner is a straight shooter, come at him straight and he will come at you straight, 5 stars here
