Chloe's Flowers

I ordered a floral arrangement for my daughters birthday the day before her birthday. They were to be delivered to her workplace. I assumed they would have been delivered in the late morning, but they were not delivered. Two hours before the end of her work day my daughter still had not received the arrangement. I reached out to Chloes to see when the flowers would be delivered; I left a voicemail asking for an ETA. I received a curt text message stating they had received my order, the order was being processed, and delivery would be done. I replied and stated my voice mail since it was now after 3 pm and my daughter would be getting off soon. I felt relieved the flowers would be delivered on time. Apparently the flowers were delivered some time after she had left for the day. The arrangement was beautiful but I was disappointed they arrived too late for her to enjoy on her birthday. Chloes states same day delivery do I was confident the order could be accomplished first thing in the morning.

I was nervous that placing an order with very short notice would make it impossible to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mother, but Chloe's Flowers was so helpful and quick! Ordering was easy over the phone, and delivery was excellent. The flowers are beautiful and fragrant; beyond what I expected, and now I have a trusted local florist to recommend.

My fiance ordered flowers for my birthday. I was in disbelief when I saw the flowers. They were wilted and presumably old. I asked him to show me what he thought he ordered, the arrangement wasn't even close. We called to voice our concern. They picked up the flowers the next day and we were told that they had to do an " inspection" and that we would get another arrangement in a "couple of days" upon review. For the price I expected a nice vase, beautiful flowers with a bow. I wish that I could have returned the box of chocolates also. I was very disappointed. My fiance felt really bad. I'm confused because the reviews were great for this place.
