What started out as a disaster turned into a great example of how a company should stand behind their product! Our first selection of ceramic tile turned out to have defective chipping all along one side of each wood like plank. The issue was brought to the store manager, Nathan Taylors attention, who promptly went to battle with the manufacturer. Once recalled by the manufacturer, personnel from the company did a complete demo, which was quite a pain, but then replaced all the tile promptly and the job turned out beautifully. Floors for a Living even paid for a cleaning service to clean our house. Finding that a little patience on our part resulted in a renewed faith in promises made, promises kept! We say thank you with a positive recommendation for this store.

Nathan is a straight forward true professional. My wife and I just got new flooring in our new home, and Nathan made the process extremely easy. His installers were very prompt and knowledgeable. This is actually the 2nd time we have used Nathan, previously in our older home and now newly purchased home. I recommend Nathan for any flooring needs moving forward, for a new or old home!!

Third time using Floors for Living. They provide quality installation and a professional experience and stand behind their installations. Jack was out sakes guy this past time and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend these guys.

Wendall Barlow, Spring location, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of my wood floor purchase and installation. He was very understanding and patient with my many calls for schedule changes and questions. The installation crew was efficient and cleaned up after the install. They did an outstanding job!

Thank you so much Nathan for helping our family get the flooring we have been putting off for so long! Nathan went through the finance process with us and was able to schedule everything within the time frame we were hoping for. The floor installers that were assigned to us worked so fast to remove the old tile/carpet and their expertise really showed! Also, I really appreciated the communication within the whole company's operation. We were referred by a family member to them and we will always be grateful for that. Thank you for helping us feel more at home with our new flooring!
