        We switched to Merchant Services about 6 months ago after hearing about the quality service that Brad gives his customers. We had nothing but problems with our other processor, double charges every month, never able to get anyone on the phone for questions and the list goes on. Since switching our billing has been spot on every month with everything billed as planned and it is even easier to review the statements that come. Brad has never been unavailable or unable to answer any questions we have had. The transition was seamless. Highly recommend them.
