The location at 1960 & Cutten had already closed their lobby & the drive thru line was nearly around the building. Drove a little further away & found this location still had an open lobby (hence the 4 stars).
Didn't get 5 because we went in ready to order..... The employees (manager included) were too busy talking to take my order. The manager guided me to their kiosk so I could place my own order (not my preferred method). Then I had to stand & wait to be acknowledged to get cups for our drinks.
I miss the pre covid service where people actually seemed to enjoy their jobs!
