        Quite possibly the worst run drive-thru of any fast food restaurant. I love their food but 25 minutes in the drive-thru line isn't worth it. This place is begging for mgmt that knows what the heck they're doing.

        Order 16 piece family meal. Comes with 3 sides, I order with 2 red beans and 1 mash potatoe. Added an extra side of the new homade Mac and cheese. Pulled up to the window and asked for a side of the new Hottie sauce to see if I would be willing to try the sandwich. The sauce taste like the hotsauce with honey in it, not sure if I like it but makes you want to eat more. Now the new Mac and cheese I would like to tell you about, but they left it out of my order. Be sure to check your bag b4 you you leave. Not only did they not add it to the order, but when you call the number posted on google and on the Popeyes app all you get is a recoding that says hello we are not available right now. Thank you for your call beeps and says memory full. Good luck in getting your order corrected.
