Money, money money. Thats all they were after. They fool you into thinking youre part of one big family and then when they judge says youre now divorced they cant even take the time to walk you to your car. They screwed me out of a fortune, and got nothing more than we couldve gotten in mediation. In fact we wouldve gotten more in mediation than we got in court. Ruth barely showed up in court and did not take the lead and all. The person who has left to take the lead is an excellent person, but he was not involved in the process the whole way through. I dont know what her problem was , but she obviously had something else on her mind. they neglected to file papers which prevented me from getting things that I Was definitely due. I would not recommend this law firm.

Mrs. Vernier, her daughter, Brooke Barry, and Denise were all instrumental in assisting me with my divorce. We were able to work through a myriad of issues together as a team, the advice and determination from Mrs. Vernier's team was invaluable. Mrs. Vernier's team stood by my side throughout the entire process, assisted/advised, and directed me in more ways than I could imagine. Ruth and her team did a great job representing me. I am a single father whose children live with their mother and a string of "uncles". My oldest daughter turned 12 and my other daughter was 7 and both asked to live with me. I went to several lawyers until I found Vernier and Associates and immediately hired her and the team. The battle went on for 4 1/2 yrs. Ruth proved that I am a good father and that I provide for my kids. The court system did not care and the Judge decided to leave the kids where they were. I learned that if both parents are good the court system does not care about your kids and what they want. Ruth did a great job and kept the judge from taking all my assets. The original possession order stands with only a small change in child support. (sixty days later and my ex is getting her second divorce after me, making her total of 4 divorces).
