    After not getting any hours for two and a half weeks, I gave Lowes two weeks notice. They had me scheduled to work 24 hours over the next time period, but took those hours away also. If this is the policy across Lowe's I would recommend seeking employment elsewhere. When you try to contact HR, you get a call center in India that is worse than useless The manager claims that it is Lowe's policy once they accept your two weeks notice to cut off all of your hours for that two weeks.

    I got an air compressor in December of 2022. It has a 3 year warranty, tho It's been so long I can't find my receipt and I called 888-7kobalt and the customer service agent was rude and basically hung up on me mid conversation when I mentioned I was not a rewards member or had my receipt as that's the reason why I called to see if they can print me a receipt. I'm basically stuck with a useless 26 Gallon Kobalt Quiet Tech Air Compressor.. P.s I would suggest getting one from harbor freight 27 gallon fortress at $399 (spring sale is at $349.99) that way you can get an email receipt and there more honorable than Lowe's. As a matter of fact I love there warranty service and my mistake was trusting Kobalt let alone Lowe's products.

    Worst customer service experience. Bought a microwave and portable dishwasher in December and have not been able to use either due to missing parts or parts not compatible. Spoke with customer service supervisor and she was so rude.

    If zero was an option its well deserved. I ordered, used my card, and waited for a call about delivery and install of dishwasher needed for my setup and an event. I know the process. Nothing, my order was canceled by mesquite store and i was told nothing no one cared blamed each department yet no one tried to get my item delivered or cared to. I filed a complaint with the executive team since the store is doing nothing. Jeff who said he was a Board member, worst customer service dry didnt care tone was as if i was bothering him, he didnt want to talk me and didn't care, its a dishwasher! Why are you bothering us, was his tone. Top it off i gave a 2nd chance before I knew all the work would be on me AGAIN! i was told to contact a manager at the store, still no support this store never answers the phone, if so your on hold forever I TIMED AN HOUR BEFORE I HUNG UP. I reached out to the executive board, Jeff didn't care didnt try to do anything, i said maybe I just need to go back to gome Depot. Jeff said OK basically he even reminded me that i said ir, so okay! He was actually trying to get me to go to home Depot and he is on a board member for Lowes as he claimed! No care, no concern, no empathy, no sense if urgency given they dropped the ball drastically on my order and its not the first time. There is no accountability not even at the executive level. So now my projects are costing me morney for the delay due to Lowe's dropping the ball and showing absolutely no need to create or care about the customer or creating loyalty.

    Bought a microwave and was told it was in the store, installation schedular would call me on Wednesday, and install would be Thursday, Friday, or maybe Monday. Long story short, they turned around and sold my microwave to someone else. I was very, very clear that Tuesday mornings before 11 AM were not at all acceptable. Now, 15 days, 19 phonecalls, 6 messages left, I have been informed that installation has been scheduled for 9:30 Tuesday morning. Really? The assistant manager I talked to last week passed me off to an associate. The store manager (Robert Northum) was in meetings last week and again this week and unavailable to talk too. Twice, assistant managers have passed me off to or someone else that I am still waiting to hear from. The manager I spoke to did not know who their regional manager was. As a customer, I am the reason you have a job. I was a loyal customer for 20 years in Colorado, but I will be taking my business elsewhere where customers are valued.
