DWR Exteriors LLC

We wanted an extended patio addition as an escape from this Texas heat and sun. We had several companies quote us and DWR was the most reasonable, by far. We had previously used DWR when first moving in our home and were very happy with their work then (epoxy flooring in our garage) in 2021. For this project, we first worked with Dustin, who came to the house, listened to what we wanted, and then met him in their office days later and he was able to capture our thoughts into a design. Misty then worked with us and our HOA with our design (which was worth hundreds of dollars so we didn't have to deal with them!) Once we received the HOA approval, we then met with the Richard, the project manager. From start of the project to finish, it was about 2 weeks. The different crews came and did their role, and it was like clockwork. Very impressive. DWR communicated with us each step of the way. Always friendly and responsive. The crews would clean up after each day to minimize the mess in the back yard during the construction. The finished product is fabulous and has far more exceeded what our initial expectations were. The staff of DWR were fabulous. The work product is exceptional. We would definitely recommend DWR Exteriors for any of your construction needs. Thank you DWR Exteriors! The entire process from design through completion of construction was handled by a team of professionals that operated like a well oiled machine. Richard, the construction manager orchestrated the construction phase in a smooth and efficient manner that was truly impressive. The original time line estimate was 4 weeks. It was actually completed in about 2-1/2 weeks. If another project is in our future there is no question about who we will use. It is most definitely DWR.

Our thanks to DWR Exteriors for an outstanding job getting our project completed in time for our events. We were able to use the space our new addition provided and we received a lot of compliments. Our designer, Dustin, got us off to a great start. Richard, our project manager, was excellent, flexible, and kept our project moving forward. The subcontractors DWR uses did great work, especially the framing, masonry, and painting. We have enjoyed our new space and can't imagine our backyard without it. Our outdoor kitchen allows us to prepare complete meals and allows us to spend more time outdoors. The privacy it provides from our neighbor is a plus. We contacted DWR Exteriors based on work we saw with one of our neighbors, and after multiple bids, we made the right choice.
