        Ive never been turned away from a hand car wash. I spoke with some guy on the phone because the guy there didnt speak English Im assuming. I was willing to pay for a full car wash but only wanted my rims and windows cleaned. I was turned away because I guess I didnt have the right kind of car. I was told that the car washes are by appointment only but no where on the website does it say by appointment only. I drove 20 min to get turned away. Horrible!

        Great hand car wash. These guys do a great job. Was looking for some local people for a HAND wash. Its the same guys so I like that they recognize me and my car when I show up. Great customer service.
