        I came in to get some help with my naval piercing, I have had it for a few months but something felt off. Rick took a look at it, identified the issue quickly, and took awesome care of me! He replaced my jewelry and informed me of how to care for my piercing, how to find APP certified piercers, as well as where to find quality body jewelry! He also helped me take care of my nose piercings and set me up with some cute little studs for both sides! 10/10 wonderful and informative experience! So happy I found this shop, I will be back for my piercing needs! There is something special about picking your nose infront of a stranger with no judgment!

        Someone on here said there was a lack of customer service and I have to agree. Stopped by to ask a couple questions but the whole place was shut down and locked. With the lights a bit too dim for a piercing shop. He was unfriendly and hasty to answer any questions at all. So I left with the same information I came with. (None at all) which is why I went to another piercer shop just the down the road actually got help. Another strange part was that shop was the words Tattoo in bright red letter up top but he doesnt do tattoos. Weird.

        I cannot recommend Open Minded Too enough! I have had two piercings done here, and both experiences were amazing. The studio is clean and well decorated, and there is a fantastic selection of body jewelry. kciR is an amazing person; not only did he answer all my questions related to my piercings, but he is kind, compassionate and funny. I plan on going back for more piercings and I will continue to recommend this place to friends and family.

        Came in for a pair of particularly sensitive piercings, Kcir was patient, kind and overall welcoming and made the process feel very safe and warm. I probably wouldnt have gone through with it if it wasnt for his expertise, experience and demeanor! Very professional and will be coming back again for any future piercings.

      i was in the middle of a piercing when you showed up. you beat on the door so loud i thought you were the police and there was an emergency. i had to abandon my client on the table mid-procedure. i still answered your questions which were already answered by the 4' tall sign next to the door and the card you are holding in your hand which is also affixed to the outside of the door frame for anyone to take. so glad you could interrupt someone else's experience and then drop a negative review because i wasn't the appropriate level of nice in response to your aggression.ps. not sure if you noticed the other huge 1-star review and my reply i had printed and affixed to the door covering basically your exact behavior, but yours will probably be joining it. thanks, karen II, you are appreciated.p-ps, it's actually hilarious how many of you all pat each other on the back for how rude the service is because you can't follow the simple directions to get past the front door when literally any review from someone who has set an appointment has a wonderful time. it's almost like your self-entitlement and bad attitude are to blame for not getting what you want and i'm not going to feed into your egos. you do you. enjoy the second choice you had to settle for because you can't follow directions or behave like a person who respects other people.
