Victoria lash tech , did an amazing job she was very detailed, knowledgeable and kind ! Making sure that I knew what she was doing next and that I was comfortable. She explained the styles and length of the lashes and make me feel confident on which lash style to pick.

Im always a little skeptical when I read reviews based solely on the customers initial visit. So, I waited to post my rating until Id been to several appointments at WOW Lash and Brow. And now I can confidently say that WOW Lash and Brow is a five star establishment!! Upon walking through the doors, the customer is greeted by a friendly staff member, then shown to the facilities (so the customer can properly clean and prepare treatment areas). Once situated at the service station, the staff member makes sure to understand exactly what the customer wants. I was asked multiple times to clarify my preferences so that they could accomplish the exact look I wanted. The atmosphere is very calm and soothing. Soft music plays in the background and you can be sure there wont be loud voices or noises. Theres also a comfortable area for guests to sit and wait if they so please. I have been to WOW Lash and Brow 6 or 7 times now and had eyelash extensions, face waxing, and eyebrow tinting done for various occasions. There was only one instance when some of my lashes came off and I called to ask what to do. They got me in the same day and replaced the lost lashes with no fuss. I used to only get lash extensions for special celebrations or occasions, but the lashes last so much longer here than other places. Because of that, Im able to wear them on a regular basis. I LOVE how I feel when I step out of their doors with a new set of beautiful lash extensions. WOW Lash and Brow has given me a new sense of self and my confidence has grown tremendously since I became a customer. Theyve gained a lifelong client out of me!!
