I've never been great with fixing my credit up until this past year. When I called and spoke with Syed Pasha, he reassured me there were several options to choose from that we could try and he made me feel so at ease during the entire process. Amidst my embarrassing past with finances, I set my life straight so I would increase my chances on this loan. Well, I got approved for my personal loan the same day I applied, have boosted my credit score with my payment plan(he broke everything down for me step-by-step), and I've even gotten a new car recently!!! Syed is extremely professional and courteous beyond words. I simply cannot thank him enough for talking me through every possible scenario. My experience has been nothing but extraordinary with this bank and their staff. They never fail to greet me and my calls are always answered promptly. If you need to fix your credit or get a great loan, this is the branch and guy you need to see. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you!

Verified myself 2-3 different ways and they still were trying to verify my account. Had me waiting for 15 minutes after I already verified my transactions were made by me! Went to another Wells Fargo and had no problem...smh! Its always this location that gives me problems.
