North Spring Comm Improvement Association park and pool

The park is okay; it is outdated. There's a big field, but do be cautious because terrain is uneven in certain spots. In my opinion, this park isn't much fun, (but 'fun' is what you make it). The park needs much love, and hopefully, a few updates will come soon that include fun and safe space for kids and adults that enjoy outdoor activities/workouts. I understand that it may take time and TAXES, but as a resident of 11+ years, I've only seen this park break down piece by piece, year by year. People only stop by when they see someone else and their kid(s) at the park using the equipment, which is an indicator that it may be safe enough to play on for their own kid(s). I hope this neighborhood tries to take the initiative to do its best to be kept and lively, to bring the community together The atmosphere is sub-par as a whole.

Keep calling and calling no one working no wonder HOA doesnt keep up with the community as I have a complaint on a basket ball court in a cota sack that looks trashy we need to keep our community clean why charge a fee annually when you have no control on that

Community Improvement my a$$! Have to pay for the PRIVILEGE to use the pool that is almost never open, even the VERY few days it should be. This HOA is the worst I have ever seen.
