These apartments BILL there tenants incorrectly, I had to help a friend that lives here understand what she was getting charged monthly and its NOT accurate and the staff has not assisted her in any way other than claiming to get back with her at a later date, its ILLEGAL TO charge your tenants inflated costs on rent outside of the LEASE. Pay attention to your lease and what they bill monthly they are charging and taking tenants money THAT IS NOT OWED TO THEM. Also there is an issue with the mail service. Packages get stolen and misplaced courtesy of the Klein post office !

I am truly very pleased with the attention that Ruth has always given us, she is a pleasant, cordial and efficient worker, she is attentive to all the requests that I have made as a tenant and that seems to me to be of utmost importance for the proper functioning that it should have a condo for your tenants
