Forest and a helper came out to replace tankless water heater service valves on each of my two Rinnai water heaters. Forest was very professional and the two of them did a great job. The valves they supplied were also top notch and makes my annual service much easier now. The office was great about keeping me informed of their schedules and the guys were actually able to come out a day early to fix my problems. Great company, great techs!

Star State Plumbing technicians are very prompt and the office staff will call to let you know how far away the technicians are from his destination. Forest(technician) was very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented and most of all very quick. I was amazed how quickly he was able to complete the job. He also explained to me what steps he took to help complete the job. I would definitely recommend Star State Plumbing, as long as Forest can be their Technician to my friends or to anyone who needs a plumber. Service: Toilet installation

Really quick, efficient, and thorough! I was out of town when a pipe burst and my neighbors made me aware. One call to Star State Plumbing and it was resolved the same day. When I got home, it was like it never even happened!
