Beware They literally take your money! A case of only modification was at 35k and then since we ran out og money they withdrew our case. With never going to court keep in mind. And in a 4 month period. So Grove decided to withdraw. And when doing so back in October we still had a amount of $4000 and something. Well since then they still have there so called meeting and this and that, and from october to now of him withdrawing we are at $427.00 when the case is not being worked on anymore. So our money wont be returned. They make sure they use it all. Do NOT HIRE!!! I have proof of all that was done and again paid 35k for not even 1 court hearing!! And left with zero!!!!

My wife and I knew going into our case it was going to be costly. In the end it was money well spent. The way Janice Eggleston and her team handled our case and communicated with us while being 1650 miles away (Central Pennsylvania - Marble Falls, TX) is beyond remarkable and unwavering. We could not be more enraptured and appreciative with the services that were provided to us and the means in which the services were executed. The team at Eggleston Law Firm will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the services they have provided our family. We are beyond pleased with the skill and dedication they gave to our case. We consider them part of our family as well.

This review has been a long time coming. My relationship with this firm began when Mrs Eggleston spoke at a meeting for single mothers needing legal help. I briefly described my situation with child support and she said they would represent me for a couple hundred dollars When I reached out after the meeting, I was directed to Mr. Eggleston. I was told it would actually be $1,000 as a lump sum to take care of my case. I completely understood this and paid. Soon we realized this would be a bit more complicated because the other party was not super cooperative and had also hired an attorney. I was told I would need to pay more than I initially paid to cover discovery and trial. Once again, I understood and paid. I gave these people my entire savings, as a single mom. But I thought that would cover everything the rest of the case and it would be worth it. The receipt even says it would cover appearing for the final hearing and discovery. I never got what I paid for. After discovery, where we received barely anything from the other side, which I still dont understand why we accepted it. I was told I needed to pay more or be dropped as a client. I was completely tapped out and had already paid in full what we agreed on to cover the entirely of the casetwice. I couldnt afford to pay anymore so I was dropped. But thats not even the worst part. Im left worse off than before I hired him. The temporary order he placed was never dealt with so every year my child support payments completely stop until I contact the AG office and have them research and extend the temp order. That takes over a month where I get no child support. The AG office also wouldnt speak to me for months about my own case because they said he never let them know he wasnt my attorney anymore. I feel like the least he could have done if he was going to go back on our contract was to not totally leave me screwed over. I feel taken advantage of and like this was a bait and switch. I cannot recommend this firm and caution anyone from using their services.
