We've worked with several realtors over the years and cities we've lived in. Beverly is among the best! She had such a great plan, team and process for selling our home. Everything was planned and executed so well we had multiple competing offers over asking after just the first weekend. Beverly also patiently worked with us to find a wonderful new home that met most of our top priorities. We hope to be in our current home for many years to come as we are very happy, but we take comfort in knowing we have an amazing realtor and now friend to help us when we do decide to buy or sell again.

Beverly was amazing every step of the way. Purchasing a home is a HUGE commitment and finding the right home for the right price at the right time is no easy endeavor. It is stressful, nerve wracking and frustrating at times but Beverly made the process so peaceful and easy. She found us a home quicker than we anticipated and worked really hard to get our offer accepted. She understood our must haves and worked well within our budget and we feel she had our best interest at heart. She didnt try to sell us something we couldnt possibly maintain. She works with integrity, is honest and does her due diligence for you. I would use her again and again and highly recommend her if youre looking in the DFW area.
