This is the second time I've used Kevin Holmes. Same as the first time, he did a great job assisting in the sale of our home and purchase of the new one at the same time. Kevin is well versed in the local real estate market and will fight for you while keeping your needs in mind. With Engel & Volkers help, our home sold after only 3 days on the market, and well above asking price. My wife and I will be using Kevin again for the next move!
