        The front office is always extremely efficient, always helpful with medication refills, clinical questions, and appointment availability. I highly recommend this place, dont believe the negative reviews!! Come to this place if youre in need of help!!

        Highly recommend! Barbara was wonderful and helped us get through some really tough times. We traveled two hours because of a recommendation for our appointments and it was worth it.

        The front office lady, Brittany, is very adamant to not send my medicine from the doctor appointment I just had. I told her repeatedly that I need to speak with the doctor if she has an issue as she is not the provider that decides when I need to see him and if he will refill my medicine. The Doctor is awesome.. But unfortunately these front office staff is rude and thinks they are over and above the doctor. They act like we should listen to them and not the doctor. Dr. Shah, needs to reach out to his patient when there is an issue like this and she is reluctant to talk to doctor for the patient. So horrible!!!
