        I have been a frequent guest of the Trophy club WoodSprings Suites over the past 7 years. The staff is always attentive and kind. They make sure to greet me and always go above and beyond. When I come in they know my name and always smiling. They have always made sure I receive the best service and rates. They are like family. I cant express how nice it is to feel that they care about you and you matter. They have a new manger and office staff that have really made a difference Thank you to the entire staff for all you do. You are appreciated. Victoria B. Rooms: They are updated, clean and neat. Safety: Safe and. Near a police station. Walkability: They nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway.

        Nice and clean. It's a good fit for a basic extended stay. Very secure, nice atmosphere, upperscale area, discounts for veterans .

        Veronica has made my experience at Wood springs very pleasant. I enjoy all of the staff including their manager Thomasine. I would recommend this spot if you're within the area.

        I never received my refund when I had to cut my stay short. I was told the money would be put back on my card after 5 to 7 days. After waiting 8 days, I called and spoke with the manager, and she took my number and told me she would call me back. She never called me back, and when I call now, I can't get through. Of course I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
