Peloton - Southlake

I have no experience with the store I only have experience with Peloton. We are scheduled to pick up of a treadmill and after Several calls and several missed appointments the treadmill has not been picked up. On the Better Business Bureau website peloton has over 2000 bad reviews. They do not support service on their equipment and they have not refunded several people. I hope I dont have this issue. Thank you for the reply below. By the way they did not show for there appoint to pick up the treadmill. We spoke to them twice that day both times we were told we were the next stop. No call no show and we both took a day off from work.

This was my first experience with Peloton and Connie made it amazing. They were very attentive and understanding in what we were looking for in a bike and routines. They took their time explaining the different details and helping us get fitted for the bike and equipment. Greatly appreciated the experience.

Loved it! Helpful, informative. I felt super comfortable trying out the bike and accessories. They spoke from experience not just trying to upsell. Lots of bikes on display, large store with lots of space.
