DARNELL DENTISTRY

I never leave reviews. Dr Darnell and staff were that good it's deserved. I was referred by a close friend. I should start with I have a terrible dental phobia. I walked into the office it smells wonderful I wouldn't even know it was a dentist office (that dental office smell matters when you're already scared) the staff was so friendly at the front. The young lady assisting him was so kind and understanding to my nervous babble. Then I met Dr Darnell, I felt so at ease for the first time and truly felt comfortable, he gave me a truthful here is a plan and I trusted it with not a worry. Thank you Veronica for getting me in so quick. Thank all of you!

My husband started going to Dr. Darnell two years ago.  The office is very beautiful and Dr Darnell was great.  We had no issues with Dr. Darnell, so I am giving 2 stars.  This issue related to insurance and billing. I noticed another reviewer also had this same feedback regarding billing/insurance.  If you go here, you must know your Dental Insurance policy.  Do you get reimbursed 60% or 80%? What is covered under your cleaning plan?  Is Floride covered for adults?  I do want to point out that this happened at each of our 4 visits to his office and not just one time.  We did get reimbursed, but it was a hassle to have to call back each time.

Dr Darnell and his staff are amazing in all areas. Highly recommend.

Although I am not a big fan of Dentistry due to many previous bad experiences. Dr Darnell has always made my situations better and he is not your typical dental salesman like some are. He actually came in on his day off to extract a bad tooth from a failed root canal. I honestly trust this office to give you all the options that are best for you. All 5 of my family members come to this office and will continue
