Haven't made it there quite yet but will update when I do. In the mean time check Dr.Brady out on Instagram @haven.dental. He is one of the most humbled and down to earth Dentist. He always answers questions no matter how serious or silly. I thrive off of his daily inspiration & humor. If for nothing else at the least give him a follow check out his shoe collection.

Recently my husband went to haven dental to get his teeth looked at to figure out a game plan of how he can start loving his teeth, he has always been embarrassed to go to the dentist. But at Haven Dental, everyone was exceptionally friendly and caring with him and never once made him feel like his teeth were an issue but explained every step of the way and made him feel safe and finally relieved that he had a great option to get his smile back! I highly recommend the professionals here at HD!

Office accepts Care Credit, but has restrictions on the repayment options that differ from Care Credit. I am not able to afford financing my $8k+ dental work for a shorter repayment term than 24 months (which I am approved for with Care Credit). When I was told after my consultation that the office would not grant the 24 month terms for Care Credit repayment, I was then told by the staff that I should have asked about the repayment terms over the phone before my consultation. I had spoke with this same employee via text and call prior to my consultation, and was told that they accept 100% Care Credit payment method - no details of office specific repayment terms were provided. I specifically said to the employee over the phone that I wanted to avoid any surprises and confirmed that they would accept 100% Care Credit - I even asked if they charged a fee to pay with Care Credit, but I was not informed about the repayment restrictions the provider has until after they had me on the hook for a $100 consultation fee. Then I was told it was my fault for not asking. On top of this, it was going to take 2 months to get permanent crowns. She also told me NO dentist would accept a 24 month repayment term from Care Credit. She was wrong - Summer Smiles Dental & Orthodontics in Allen does accept Care Credit 24 month repayment term and I have an appointment next week for same day crowns This Haven employee was dismissive and inconsiderate from the first moment I spoke to her via text. This continued during my experience with her over the phone as well as in person. I would not recommend this office and will never return.
