TRASH TRASH TRASH Regency has always paid us. They do make sure all work is complete and in order. Which they should. I've done multiple jobs and had no issues. Update: Well I was wrong. They got us too. Be careful with commercial contractors like these guys. They lead you on and try to get you to do as many jobs as possible...just long enough until they screw you and all other contractors. This company is not a trust worthy contractor and I recommend to everyone to believe the reviews they do not lie.

These guys are absolute TRASH!!!!!! We did a project for them and were never paid. We are ending up having to lien the property. I just tried to call their office and their phone is disconnected. Apparently they scammed us !!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WORK FOR FREE OR HAVE YOUR PROJECT COVERED IN LIENS...... I hope they can sleep well at night knowing that they have taken money out of hardworking peoples pocket FOR THERE OWN GREED OR INCOMPETENCE.

Do not do business with Regency!!! They will not pay their vendors and will end up having their customers liened for it. Terrible business etiquette and practices here. No issues with material what so ever. They just DON'T pay.
