Such a great place to go, climate is friendly, and the staff is amazing. Efficient and gracious and helpful. Doctors David, and Kimberly are a blessing to all of us.

Yesterday as my first time at Erb Family Wellness. A friend from our Bible Study recommended them to me as I have bursitis in my hip. They are a Christian company and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed watching the educational videos they had up while in the waiting room. I accidentally arrived an hour early so I had plenty of time to absorb it all. I went in for SmoothWave, a very advanced procedure to break up scar tissue and inflammation. I was informed as what to expect exactly and was treated with dignity and kindness. Today I can walk slightly better and without as much pain. I know after each scheduled visit in the future this is going to rid me of this debilitating bursitis. It also works on knees, feet, neuropathy, etc. Look into what they can help you with. You wont regret it.

I am not a fine of the way they try to sell you on the program. I asked the lady's up front a few different times if they have check my insurance and I got the same response every time, (we are in the process of looking into it) I work with insurance companies, not in the medical field but I know it take less than 10 minutes to verify someone's coverage. They made me come to 3 appointments and they charge for the first 2. The 3rd one is 1.5 hours long in a group settings just for them to let me know what the plan of care will be and how much it will cost. That is when I found out they were out of network for my insurance. If they would have told me up front I probably would have saved my money. I am happy with the information I was able to get. I do think they know what they are doing and they come from a Christian approach to everything I am happy with the amount of money I did spend with the information I left with. Now I can take that and start trying to fix my issues from a different approach. If they told me my insurance wasn't going to work there I wouldn't have had my hopes up and got excited about their program. I can't afford $4,000 for 32 visits. Even if I could I would need to spend another $4,000 for my wife to go as well. $8,000 for 2 people 3-5 months depending on if you can make all of your appointments. Overall good people nice clean place and good at what they do. The bad was the way they go about getting you to pay for a couple appointments and the tactics they use to get you to commit to the full program.
