I wish I could give zero stars. I called to close my account on July 12, 2022 and was told that tech support would have to call me back called back a week later and told them I never got a call back then a person by the name of Carlose said he would email me the cancelation form. I received the cancelation form, filled it out and emailed it back. Fast forward on August 2nd $80 was taken from my account I called back on August 3rd and spoke to a customer service manager and she told me she would research it and call me the next day. Today is August 5th still no call. I called back today and was told she was on another call. This company is ver unprofessional. There are more professional companies out there.
