Working alongside Vanessa Alaniz was a great experience. Initially, I thought all realtors were the same, but was I wrong. Having Ms. Alaniz in between made our transaction so much smoother. I remember our conversation on our first call, and she said, "I'll work as fast as you want me to", and I can attest that she lived up to her statement. Of course, being myself I opted to work as fast and efficient as possible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and when she didn't have the answer she would find an answer for me. I like working with someone who does not give run arounds or take days to respond to a question as per past experiences. Ms. Alaniz constantly kept us updated on everything pertaining to the transaction. I personally do not like leaving reviews good or bad, but this time I thought it was worth my time. I did not receive anything in exchange for this review. Ms. Alaniz superseded our expectations in every aspect. She was a wonderful person that treated us like family, no lie. My wife and I will be calling Vanessa Alaniz for our future Real Estate purchases. I assure the person reading this review, that you will not be disappointed with the quality of service that Ms. Vanessa Alaniz provides. Keep up the good work Vanessa!
