I give it two stars because they do make the process to turn in everything very simple and fast. They have an app with a checklist that facilitates this. For being a first time home buyer, not the greatest experience. Between the realtor and them, everything felt a bit pressured and hurried. I would just get a notification in the app and then an email just to tell me I needed to fill out/sign documents as soon as I could. Whenever I spoke to them on the phone, it always felt like I had no options except the one they brought up. I did, however, spoke to someone at the end before closing, Matt, who was more helpful for us in the 15 minutes we spoke than anyone else who we spoke with in the 2 months we were working with them. Matt(didn't get his last name:/) spoke to my wife and I with compassion and explained exactly what was happening. It was good for us because someone finally heard us and gave us peace about what we were doing/getting into. I don't know if this is how it works but after we closed, several days later they "sell" our mortgage to another company and now we're not working with them anymore. This is the thing that least bothered me but feels like odd customer service. After closing, their gift to us was just a stamp with our names and new address and that was all after giving them so much money. Then again they don't have to do anything but anything else for the house would've been nice lol
