Omg i never experience alot of discrimination more than ever tey to chamged ang get a check cashed out and this lady i do not recalled the name of but was in the second line was a hispanic girl very rude and discriminating girl only because i try to cash out 2 of my checks from my boss she did not to cash thw checks and mention to me recalling Im sorry but cant not cash out thia check because no reason and do noy mention why i couldnt cash the check that i need it yo get intouch with the person who gave me th3 check and i call my boss and she mention that thw check was ok and shouldnt be an issue cashing it. So it took me most of a week again to cash the check back when i went on today the new lady who help me out mention that the check was ok and was not an issue Stupid people that work and do noy have any morals or professionalism im glad that i dont have the bank here and im glad that my boss mention that will closed her account with this place If you are trying to get with this bank please make sure you tell whoever is giving you any checks to verify first because might happen the same thing as me. If you hispanic think about it you need to be white to be treat it better And the sad part was that another hispanic lady that i guess feel white treat me like sssst. I would put her name on it but is the only teller girl hispanic in the secon there

What a great experience. I opened a new account and Alberto was the absolute best. It was the best customer service I have received in a long time.

Service is a bit slow, but compared to other banks in the area, they are above average. I find the staff friendly and helpful. If you need a local bank in Port Isabel or on SPI, Id strongly recommend you put this at the top of your list.

Very UNFRIENDLY staff. We told them the ATM was not working and they stared at us as if we were speaking another dialect. They didnt even acknowledge our question/comments . We proceeded to withdraw cash and no acknowledgment or ending soft skills comment. (Thank you/ have a nice day) Thankfully I bank at the Edinburg branch where they have great customer service skills.
