Waste haulers has provide us dumpster service for two years with no problems till now. Dumpster was not emptied last week since it was "too muddy". I have attached a picture they sent showing this. According to the weather service we received 0.015" of rain that day with no rain in the previous 4 days. Dumpster is located off a paved road with access to it provided by a well compacted mixture of dirt and caliche. No standing water anywhere because we graded this area to completely sheet drain off, and the picture show no puddles. After contacting them they said it is the drivers call and they will not empty the dumpster till our next scheduled time and of course we do not get any kind of discount for the month since they "attempted" to pick it up.

If you use Waste Haulers as your trash service, be very cautious. Weve had their service for just over a month now and their driver broke our culvert barrier. They will not claim responsibility for it and they didnt have the courtesy to tell us what happened. The owner, Valerie, wont call me back. I had to have my husband call her to get ahold of her. If you use them, be aware that if they screw up, they wont take any responsibility whatsoever ever. We moved into our brand new house at the end of April and we already have to pay for someone elses irresponsibility. They claimed our driveway was too narrow, but its not any more narrow than anyone elses and theyve picked up our trash before with no issue. **EDIT TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I left 2 voicemails and texted you on Friday the 3rd. Also claiming my driveway is too narrow is a poor excuse considering yall have dumped our trash before. AND if this was truly the case - why werent we notified of this issue prior to service?? Also, since your terms and conditions state that you are not responsible for ANY damage you cause is just poor business practice. Stand behind your work and make it right when you screw up. I have been with Waste Haulers for over two years now, but I am so frustrated with them at the moment. We haven't had our trash picked up for over a month now. I called multiple times to see why they couldn't pick up and was told it is because our alley is too muddy. I will admit, our alley is muddy. However, SPWS has been through our alley with no problem to pick up our neighbors trash during the entire month we didn't receive any trash removal (I talked with three neighbors who use SPWS on our alley, all who stated their trash has been picked up each week, even with the mud). When I called Waste Haulers and asked to get a refund for the month we didn't get any trash picked up I was told they couldn't give a refund because they still have to pay to dispose of the trash currently in our dumpster. This makes no sense to me. I payed for one month of trash disposal, but they didn't dispose of it because it is still in my dumpster, so they obviously didn't pay for the disposal of that trash (yet). Whenever Waste Haulers does finally come to pick up my trash, that will be when they have to pay for the disposal of my trash and that will be covered with that current months payment. I honestly wouldn't be so frustrated if SPWS wasn't coming through our alley each week with no problem and if Waste Haulers would make this right by refunding for a month I didn't receive any trash removal (since they didn't have to pay for that trash disposal). Response to Owner 11/9/22: Since I can't "reply" to the owners comment I would like to note that according to the phone calls with their office each week (starting week 2 of no service), I had asked if they would be sending out additional trucks later in the week to attempt a second pickup. I was told no, they do not send out additional trucks as Monday is our day and that they would attempt the following week. The ONLY week they sent an additional truck was the fourth week of no trash removal and this was after my third call to their office. Service: Waste recycling
