Eva recently helped me sell my home in a matter of days, and for a price I was very happy with. My house went on the market on a Tuesday and was under contract by that Friday. This was during a time when I saw other houses on the market for extended periods. Eva was a joy to work with - very pleasant and has a wealth of knowledge about real estate. She helped me buy the home I recently sold too, and was an excellent negotiator during that transaction. I highly recommend Eva for your home search or sell needs!!!
