        Totally not impressed at all. Walked in boxes everywhere. Walk way way cluttered. The customer service was awful! Never been inside to this location. No help on the menu. Ice machine had no ice, all sodas were flat. I told the gentleman working the drive through. But nothing was done till another complaint.No salt or pepper accessible because there was no flavor. No knife to cut the huge sandwich in half. Not impressed at all. Especially since Im a kitchen manager myself. Not impressed at all!!!

        My husband goes to this restaurant once a month for me. I love their sandwiches especially spicy Italian. Today just like 6 months ago my sandwich was sub par... The bread was so soggy it was hard to bite into. Obviously the sandwich had been made early and set there for quite some time. I know this because I cut them in half and put half in the fridge for dinner. I really hate this but I won't be asking him to go again. I think your meat is superb and everything is fresh but you can't make it ahead and put it on the bread. I hope that I am able to find something comparable because I will miss Jimmy John's.
