Would have been a five but for the actions of the doctor overseeing this facility. This was our third visit to this facility and by far the best with regard to staffing. The were extremely thoughtful and very professional. The physical therapists have been outstanding each visit. My issue, and its a huge one, is with the doctor that oversees this facility. My dad is 93, he has numerous medications that have been prescribed by specialists in each field. We have consulted with them regarding best time of day to take and interactions with other medications taken. He wanted to be able to continue those meds per his usual routine but the facity prefers to dispense them which i am sure is a money maker for them. OK so be it. We dont care for that but will let it go. BUT during the course of my Dads stay this physician decided for some reason to change the amount of his diuretic! Did not mention or discuss it with the result being that right after we left my Dad ended up in the hospital! By the time they were able to get all the fluid out of his lungs and body we were back to square one. All the time and effort spent building his strength up went right out the window. This person needs to be investigated or better yet replaced. So my advice to you if you go to Vision Park facility is make sure you check the meds they are being given EVERY SINGLE TIME to ensure they are following the correct regimen.

All the Physical therapist were absolutely wonderful I couldnt have asked for better. The staff and nurses helping me to get dressed and encouraging me to stick in there when it was hard were so kind and so sweet again I couldnt have asked for a better. I highly recommend this place for rehab.

Best Rehab Facility for Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy. Everyone was great, very friendly attentive compassionate people. I highly recommend this facility.
