Best Western Plus Seminole Hotel & Suites

Dog and kid friendly, which was good as my whole family was road tripping for a move. Had an area for taking my dog potty, and even provided poo bags and a trash can for them.

The hotel looked fairly new and appeared clean. The room was decent and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was standard boring fare - nothing great. Hotel had a few food options for dinner nearby. In town for business and this is one of the few hotels. Would stay again on business.

I have been a Best Western member for six years I have stayed all over the country with Best Western! I also worked for Best Western for years! This particular Best Western has the worst customer service! There is no manager available anytime you call this location! I made a mistake on my reservation I had to go to a funeral it was a very stressful time!! I called several times to cancel the reservation with the desk lady Melanie she refused to talk to me, then hung up on me, and never returned my calls! They charged my card regardless of how many times I tried to fix it! I understand I made a mistake! They took my money! The hotel never picks up the phone! There is no manager! Good luck staying here!! The worst customer service! Best Western rewards will not get involved after I spent a ridiculous amount on rooms over the years so much money! Welcome to the new customer service world where your money does not matter!

I had a great stay. The breakfast is nothing to brag about but otherwise a great stay. Very friendly staff!
